Starting therapy is a meaningful step whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about yourself and your patterns. My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. As we work together on your individual goals I hope to inspire change and growth within you. 

How I Work

I offer a collaborative, compassionate approach to psychotherapy. This means we work together to explore your experiences at your pace, with curiosity and care. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you better understand yourself, develop resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, which may include:

  • Person-centred therapy
  • Psychodynamic exploration
  • Cognitive and behavioural techniques
  • Mindfulness-based practices

At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together one grounded in trust, safety, and openness.

Areas I Support

People come to therapy for many different reasons. I offer support with:

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Burnout and overwhelm

You don’t need to have a clear “problem” to begin, sometimes just having a space to talk is enough.

What to Expect

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs, either in-person in Dublin or online.

I work with individuals over 18. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
